Store-managed products: Items fulfilled directly by us are handled with the same care, and any additional warranties or conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or availability are error-free.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination, usually between 7–20 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense (unless defective).
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
