1. General Policy
- We offer products through third-party suppliers (dropshipping) and also sell some products directly from our own stock.
- Because of this, return and refund procedures may vary depending on the product purchased.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personal care items, and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
5. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you must first contact us at sales@glierstore.com to receive instructions and the correct return address (as it may vary depending on the supplier).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
